i shifted with this!! i wanted to go to a reality where I had summer in June-July rather than July-august (and also have my toe stop hurting cus I had an ingrown toenail LMAO) and the first thing I noticed when I woke up is that my toe didn’t hurt as much, I didn’t think much of it and thought I didn’t shift. and then just a few hours ago my mom said I could have June-July off of school instead!! i know it’s not very drastic but a shift is a shift to me, no matter how small or big! I’ve been using this since it came out, so here are my results from the last two days day one : I just started one piece, I’m not planning to shift there but I had a dream about the guy I would date if I did decide to shift. Day 1 of using this; I didn’t shift, however I was able to focus on my dr and only my dr without being disturbed for such a long time. I even felt motivated to shift, and when I didn’t my mindset was like “well, I still shifted to a reality closer to my dr, so it’s okay. I’ll get there soon.” Also I dreamed more clearly and I remember every detail, and I felt like I had a bit more control (like I was more aware that I was dreaming then normally but still not like lucid). Will definitely be using this more!

You could try autowriting (if you have tarot cards or any other divination tool, astral senses is another good method) For protection wise, you could cleanse your space or imagine a bright orb surrounding you-like it’s shielding you + repeated protection affs in your mind. There’s more to autowriting in the master post I sent (I think-)
