Muchísimas gracias yo también estoy pasando depresión si no tomo mi medicación puedo pasar toda la noche sin dormir, literalmente dependo de la medicación para dormir. Es muy duro

Всем сочувству ,тоже деприсия укоренилась,иногда думаеш "все" конец 😩Но сын спасает ,ему 30лет.Берет Библию и читаем вместе , начинаем Новый перевод ,хорошо читается.С Матфея с 1 главы, через время забываеш о своем и входим в другой мир и вместе с Иисусом проходим его жизнь вместе , мне помогает ,легче станет как бы вливаешся в его жизнь и забываеш свою хотя бы на несколь дней ,потому что переключался на прочитаное👍👍🌹🌹💕
