Reminds me of a place where my late husband used to go on vacation on the gulf of Mexico. All the condos faced the beach. One could sit on the balcony and just watch the sea and hear this beautiful sound 24/7. I'd take a book out on the balcony thinking I would read, but I couldn't read. The ocean was so mesmerizing that I'd just nod off to the sound. With this video, I get to go back and enjoy the sound all over again.

I've been depressed for a long time, I seem useless and bad I am also a musician and music producer I am also pursuing this genre of music This music has helped me relieve fatigue and stress. I'm pregnant in my 3rd trimester and was dealing with insomnia and restlessness. I tried various other sleep/meditation videos and apps and nothing was helping me. I'd get frustrated part way through or wake up an hour later wide awake again. But this one... I sleep. Deep sleep. I wake up multiple times per usual to pee but I always put this right back on and fall right back to sleep. A week of solid sleep now has me feeling so much better. Thank you for this video!

Long Beach at night....my first love brought me there anytime I couldn’t sleep. We would sit on the life guard chair till I got sleepy. The good ole days

I was having an anxiety attack and very anxious 😟 couldn’t 😴 but I put it on my iPad and slept like a 🍼 baby. I did deep mediation and prayers to God like been in Heaven I really slept good didn’t need to take my medicine at nighttime. Thanks so very much for sharing it was a lifesaver for me.
