Fall in Woodstock, Vermont

2 жыл бұрынJust got back from a great trip to New England. One of the highlights was Woodstock, VT where we participated in a multi-sport tour that consisted of cycling, paddling, and hiking. Woodstock is considered one of the most beautiful towns in the country. I hope you get some idea of that from the video. It is rich with history, being charted in 1761, before we were even a country. The people were nice and friendly. Traffic was a bit busier than usual with all of us "leafpeepers". We were about a week or so too early for the peak of the fall colors.

Wife and I were there three weeks ago! October 15-17! We actually passed through that town three years ago and I said if we ever come back up that way again we will stay there! You’ll have to include the Sugarbush Farm if you ever do another video here!

I'm from Spain and I live in Spain but I like Vermont. Yes. I like. I like Vermont on the whole, in general and I do love Woodstock in particular. Some day I'll end up living in Woodstock. When? I don't kow. Greetings from Spain

Stunning video! We absolutely love Woodstock! We have stayed 4 times at the Shire Motel. Sadly we just found out today that the Shire has been sold and is closing 12/01/2021. We already had reservations for next year, we are so disappointed. We will have to find somewhere else to stay.

We were there the week of September 26th but we were a bit early. It varies year to year. There are several websites that report the color status. Here is one : www.vermontvacation.com/landing-pages/recreation/foliage/foliage-forecaster Have fun!

@@gracewang6191 The mountain is most likely Mount Tom. I believe the church is the First Congregational Church of Woodstock on 36 Elm Street

We went to Vermont 2 years ago .. Was so expensive, decided to go to New Hampshire where which was so much cheaper,less taxes on everything...... Vermont charges a view tax for what i don't know!!!! No gold in them hills...mm
