Fallen Aces is a new crime noir gangster game that is oozing with style and charm. The game is intended to be a throwback to 90's style games with the visuals of a comic book and they've done a great job. On top of all that there's a solid story, brilliant voice acting and atmospheric music perfect for that noir vibe!

The radios in those police cars didn't sound like that at the time. They had a lot of crackling, and cops wouldn't be using code until the 1960s. They also use the "calling all cars, calling all cars" to inform officers that there was a call. Also, Police radios were in their infancy, and were so expensive that most police departments couldn't afford them. It's only around 1935 that police could afford these radios.

I love how you can actually choose if your victim gets to die or not. They actually get knocked out if you just beat them up

The gameplay is like the combination of Wolfenstein and Dishonored. I like it when you can choose to go on a rampage or stealth your way

the art gives a bit of XIII vibes to a degree, opening music made me think of bioshock as well or even fallout

@@luislopez7220 Yeah in DUSK there's one bar of soap per level. I think there's 2 levels with soap in ULTRAKILL, plus the first prime sanctum.

I’ve always loved retro vibe games and so far, this looks amazing. We really need one of these game but with an open world with a good story.

Although not open-world, the levels are actually non-linear can be completed in so many different ways and have loads of hidden areas too. The story also seems good from what I've seen so far.

@@Willzyyy yeah I’m saying that we need open world games that takes place in late 1900s up until 1990s. It’s just that I’ve always been into fedora style, and transatlantic accents and all that. It’s what made me fall in US in the first place. Of course, modem US is nothing like that today

My my what game is this the soundtrack sounds good, art style is solid, good gameplay. The cutscenes remind me of Max Payne. Time to get a wiskey and look at this lets play!
