Thankyou! and the greenhouse are just the glass warehouse walls slightly pillar glitched into the ground.

do invaders spawn inside the walls?

I play around with the settlement ambush kit creation club and so far none have spawned in the walls. I know at certain settlements there are spawn point right in the middle of the settlements though.
