I actually draw it out on paper I usually start with how many stores or settlers I want then what kind of buildings and stuff I want to build then if and what kind walls, then what theme I’m going for then draw out a floor plan on paper and blueprints of the buildings I’m going to build then just start building one at a time until it all comes together
