Wouldn't this be dependent on the build you're making? Now legendaries I think the best ones are all the specials except charisma, taking one for the team, ammo.factory and electric absorption. These are the key ones i have maxed with the last one being used for silos. I run all the specials legendaries except charisma and swap in the others as needed.

@@dr3w_23 just so you know mrwestek has a long video on this going through all the perk cards and which ones he thinks are good as well as the ones that are trash, ie the ones you should scrap.

​@dr3w_23 hey man I'd recommend maxing out intelligence and grab some exp buffs and just do all the events. Easy level ups in no time. Just make sure to tag as many enemies as possible.

This was a godsend. I stopped having to do pepper runs for pepperini rolls thanks to the steamer!

Blight soup: one plant, spawns all over the place, water boiler or dirty water and wood which is available everywhere, +125% crit damage (or more) as in video, can craft 30 at a time easily and put it in the freezer. Ever been playing during a boss fight and thought💭 damn, that railway is really annoying. Wait... Why is Earl at half health in under 45 seconds... That's us, soup gang.

The "Thru Hiker" perk under agility will reduce all food and drink carry weights. I have stacks of all the flavors of Nuka Cola, and no problem carrying them.

@@SkyForgeVideos Yeah, I have rank 1 thru-hiker and food/chems carry weight on my armor at the moment too. I've hit the cap due to that. Still, when I have over 300 of each flavor of Nuka Cola, it adds up regardless. XD

Sell water with max charismas and hard bargain. 280 purified is the max daily caps (1400) you can set down 8ish industrial water purifiers and check them every 20 mins or so

Once upon a time the Refrigerated backpack mod used to reduce food spoilage by 90%, like GwS, but then Bethesda took the nerf bat to it and now it's only 50%.

@@AngryTurtle Weird, because technically it shouldn't considering it's a primarily meat-based food. The only thing I can think of is that due to the inclusion of Starlight Berries, it's flagged as both a Meat item and a Vegetable item, but without the serum the game suppresses it due to the "Meat" category. With the serum, it ignores the "Meat" flag and only considers the "Vegetable" flag. Either way, this is pretty good news for Full Health Crit Builds. You can get to 25 LCK with Legendary Luck (15 + 5 LCK), and Shielded Vault Suit Lining (+2 LCK), which means with Herbivore Serum that 8 LCK puts you at the 33 LCK needed to crit every other shot in VATS. Though you even have room to forego the Vault Lining and make up the difference with either Day Tripper (3 LCK for 10 minutes, or 15 with BioCommMesh), or just with either the Fortune Teller, Slot Machine, or Bowling Ball Game CAMP items (though I think you can stack the Fortune Teller and Bowling Ball Game buffs so long as you do them in the right order, but I wouldn't personally rely solely on that as it's likely to get patched in the future).

@@Lordoftheapes79 Sure, but in the list of mutations he shows off, he doesn't have Carnivore - he has Herbivore. I'm confused as well, somehow he's getting double stats from *both* meat and veg at the same time.

Removing mutations is randomised. Just use some Radaway with Starched genes not in your loadout, and all mutations will be removed one by one. Then find herbivore serum in someone's vending machine.

Just make sure that when you do start buying serums to have the "Starched Genes" perk card under luck fully leveled and applied. That way you won't accidentally lose your mutations. There is also another card "class freak" which reduces their negative effects. Also check player vendors. It should list that they are selling "aid" items if they have serums, and most charge ~500 caps for one. Buy something like marsupial serum first. The increased jump height will help in many situations.

@@SkyForgeVideos ehh the things, in ps there not many selling this serum cheap buy them in bulks. The cheapest I found a serum any of those mutations is 300 caps. For me to buy those just for purpose of buffing. I can kiss my 40k caps in few days 😂

I just eat people. Free healing and food with zero effort. The effort of hunting and cooking is rewarded with great buffs, though. I wish hunger and hydration were still necessary to survive.

The main plan is sold by a train station vendor, same with some mods like the long scope. The other mods you just scrap a bunch of railway rifles (craft a bunch lvl 30 railways and scrap them).

The storage and some of the F1 store/season stuff is the incentive. Perhaps the exclusive camp tent as well. I've been playing on and off for years as F2P. No regrets. Storage would be convenient if, i couldnt control my hoarding tendencies.

Commercializing convenience is the real scam. I will never pay a subscription to play a video game in a more "convenient" way but other player's entire life revolve around video games so there is a market for convenience. Unfortunately that means game design suffers.

Agree with you , many sraps are useless when you reach end game , no need to carry 100 weapons when only 10 weapon are strong , no need to carry 600kg of useless stuff , unless you want speed run bosses most of these buff are useless , just crit damage buff or melee damage buff , ap regen stuff is enough with one overdrive if you want but no need more than these buff to destroy everything in the game , when you can solo every harder boss only with that and even with that you realize how all this stuff is here for nothing . The game needs harder content or a rework for many events to justify all the utility of this stuff.

@@panzer00 I agree. There is many players, me included, that would support games they love in form of subscription if they could. They could get some titles, ranks whatever, skins and what not. But the storage is non acceptable in my opinon. Maybe it would be acceptable if this game had better inventory management in the base game, but its not. My girlfriend started playing this, and after just a couple of minutes, she struggled with inventory. She is now level 65 and she constantly doing inventory management.
