@@2salzig2spucknapp I also have a bloodied commando build with a B/E/FRL fixer. Along with a melee tank with a vampires flaming Chainsaw with a great roll on it as well. I know the holes in a bow build. The only things I have trouble with are soloing certain things. But, I don't need to 'measure' myself against other things. I can 1 shot anything that doesn't count as a 'boss' and I'm silent enough that outside of when game mechanics dictate it for stupid reasons, I'm never seen by mobs. Prior to the recent legendary changes, I could one shot them as well. The 'motto' of a sniper, is "One Shot, One Kill." That's how I like to play, and I can do that with a bow build in this game. I can't say the same for anything else anymore given the changes over the years.

Hey from reddit 😂. Just to add the Smg can reach the crit threshold at 53 Luck and only rank 2 Crit Savvy. Outside the practical range but it's an option for anyone into consumables.

@@beastabuelos6421 Playing games is one of the most human attributes. It is weird AF that some humans claim to 'not play games' as an attempt to punch down on others. Weirder still is claiming that 'relevant examples is the way' when it has been proven time and time again that emotional memories are much more effective for learning. Be that through humorous entertainment or trauma. Education is always relevant. But being a dry, witless, holier than thou buffoon will never allow you to teach regardless of how 'relevant' your information is. People don't want 'relevant' information.

That's useful information as it seems that would be a component that would be good to know to tweak perk card usage.

Rabbit bits gives 4 luck as well and is abundant in the forest.

A nerf to luck was added to the PTS a long time ago but due to player feedback it never made it to the live game.

Only craft 3 pieces at a time per server. If you don't get Uny, quit to main menu, wait 15 seconds and join another server.

Yes, it does. assuming all your projectiles hit. Gauss shotgun also represents 16 "hits" per shot

@@10Diyes the only downside is the opportunity cost in the luck category, really. There is so much good stuff in that column that it was a struggle for me to figure out what to drop to give room for 4LC. A recommendation I'd give you is to try ranks 1 and 2 as well as 3 to see what works with your setup. Rank 1 is more effective than people realize.

@@jmh31890 ill be putting just rank 1 in. Im bloody so Luck is stacked for me but I have 1 point left. Put it in critical savvy before this vid now gonna transfer it to four leaf.

I'm sorry, it is called "crit fill BONUS" in the .esm, not crit fill multiplier.

interesting, do you know what's the formula for diminishing return from luck?

@@AngryTurtle No, I'm sorry. We tried to test it out but even at more than 80 luck we couldn't drop another point of crit savy with any gun.

Thats not a secret effect, EM and .45 SMG what is based off, has a higher crit charge bonus for some reason.

@@csabakiss2644 secret as its nowhere stated, indeed has higher base crit charge effect so you need 20 with 15cf, 30 without with elders marks

All prime receiver plans are random drops from the Scorchbeast Queen, so start dropping bombs or check player vendors for the plans. Bloodied and Unyieldung are 1st star effects and rolling them is random - you can't target farm them. Your best bet is using legendary crafting until you get what you want or checking player vendors for semi-god-roll bloodied weapons. For secret service armor you need to craft them yourself as they are not tradeable, but crafting them is quite cheap with only one legendary module required per craft.

@@crazy-tommy appreciated, I’ll keep plugging scorchbeast queen when it’s available and I do check vendors all the time for it, no luck so far, Am random rolling the SS armour, no luck there yet either keep percevering, I’ll keep an eye out for the bloodied weps until I manage to get one myself. It works I run it on my melee unarmed build but it doesn’t instantly refill your AP bar it’s more like if you popped a stimpack but for AP it’s slowly fills the bar so it doesn’t really feel noticeable sometimes especially if you’re in heavy combat

​@@Poke-ladd it is instant. Not sure what that person is referecing, but on public servers there is a tiny delay from the kill to the filling of your AP bar. That's just lag and has nothing to do with the card. I'd argue its one of the best perks in the game for this reason. If you get lucky you can clear all the wendigo spawns from a wave at earle without any issues. Pair it with gun fu and it gets dumbbbbb for trash clearing and xp grinding

5 is constant, 1.5 is luck multiplier

Ok, but what does the number 5 represent? 33 is your luck points, 1.5 is the luck multiplier, what does the five represent?

If you have the Herd Mentality mutation and Strange in Numbers Perk and then join a team with another player, you can run around with 33 with no food buffs.

Happy go lucky in charisma is an option, gives alcohol +3 luck

You can have vault suit with +2 luck and try to roll a SS with 1+ luck

it is even more against bosses, it seems to bypass their armor. E.g. to beat The Earl boss you need crit shots.

I don't know which video you're referring to but it's 33 luck at some point in pts there was an attempt to increase required luck for crits

Only every second shot is possible and 33 luck is enough.

Might want to get 35 if you want it all the time because when fighting scorched, you might get the blight which reduces SPECIAL by 2. This way you are still in the threshold, but its for rare cases only.:)
