Outside.Of course, the distinctive noise his revolver makes whenever he fires it dude as a warhammer 40k fan before the horrible decision they made recently. I'd like to say I know what the difference is, if anything, I would say. He was shooting a bolt gun, lol The thing about it being explosive is if it was truly explosive.It would explode on contact. I've seen some people say it was the explosive legendary effect.Which one it comes right down to?It is all just silly and it's because let's not try to put game mechanics like that into a semi realistic setting because before all that fallout didn't have legendary effects except on very unique weapons. But Hey, at the end of the day, the old saying remains the same.It's only a theory A GAME THEORY! Sorry was hard not too say.
