That 9/11 scene sounds like something Seth definitely wrote(especially knowing he wouldn’t be here, if he didn’t miss his flight). Peter’s ignorance towards the whole point of the War in the Middle East, is pretty equivalent to what America knew what it was doing there.

Because Adult Swim put it on and people still watched it. People can moan about PC all they want but some part of their humor will be dark. What happens is when a type of humor ages the laugh dies down and the youth say it isn't right. They have already done it to Millennial humor and the same will happen to Gen Z.
