If any employee expired in his 59 age (before retirement) than enhance family pansion applicable for which time period (10 years or upto 67 years age).

Mere papa pensioner the aur unka death 20-06-2022 ko hua aur jab humne family Pension ke liye apply kia to ab bank ke through pata chala ki 2011 se 2022 tak ka Pension recovery aur Disability recovery milake Rs.3,31,000 pay kerne ke liye bata rahe hai aur jab tak pay hoga nhi tab tak family Pension ka process b hold ker denge bol rahe hai.. ab widow kese itna pesa bhare..?

Sir meri mother April 2019 me retire Hui hai .unka Gratuity ka arrear Jo ki 36333 banta hai or department ne isko 20 Feb 2020 ko sanction letter mail pe aa gayi but school walo ne bataya ni . Ab hamari knowledge me may 2021 me aaya tab tak yh amount wapis ho gya bcz 31 march 20 tak Scholl walo ne deposit ni karwaye . Ab department ne reply Kiya ki pension rule 2016 ke rule 92 ke according revalidate kr k sent karwaye . Ab yh rule ka bataye plz...suggest kre ....apki Jo bi fees hai wo bi pay kr denge. Boss apne bahoot accha samjhaya, Bas apse request hai DA jo calculate hoga wo kis value pe calculate hoga pension amount ke liye, 28% of 80000 or 28 % of 40000 ( 28 % on 24000 when it was not give at enhanced rate*)

@@GyanPartner Sir my father retired on 19/11/2017 and unfortunately we lost him on 15/09/2021. As per the rule...... From the date of retirement till 7 years or pensioner attained the age of 67 years whichever is earlier....Family will get pension at enhanced rate, but on PPO order it is mentioned that my Mom will get the pension at enhanced rate upto 18/10/2022 and thereafter and from 19/10/2022 at Normal rate, But as per your explanation and Pension rule it should be 19/10/2024. Please suggest is it correct or I need to contact any authority regarding this

Hello sir Haryana me bhi same rules hai kya My father in law died at age of 65 and was retired in 2019 . He was in class 4 service.His retirement age was 60 as he was class 4 employee. His DOB was 1959 Enhanced family pension 2 saal aur milnee chaiye naa ?? But they are planning to give 30% pension. Please guide us.

Sir, its an informative video❤️. Sir, if any person joined service at the age of 25 and died at 50 yrs. Still his enhanced rate of pension will be applicable upto 67 yrs ie 17 yrs counting from the nxt date after his death. Basic salary Rs 80000 means only basic pay or pay including D.A. HRA etc. Pls comment.👍

Sir army me DSC service hi jisme 13year 27days ki service ki hi ur 12year me disability huwa hi disability 3 hi ur 13year 27day me disability pension discharge Kiya hi but only disability element mila hi service element nahi mila hi abhi father expired ho hai hi mother hi service element milega sir unko army rule 13 III(i) discharge Kiya hi.
