I agree! The battle scenes for Galaga in Guam, Arkanoid in India, Centipede in London, Pac-Man in New York, Arcade Invasion in Washington DC, and Donkey Kong in the Mothership final battle were my favorites.

That's a good question that many others have been thinking about! I believe, so at least I myself considered it probable this: when they built those mini-generators into cars, making them "Pac-Man ghosts" in that way, those generators could be connected to all the electro-powered electronic devices in the cars themselves, as well as other car connections. I think Eddie Plant entered those Pac-Man cheat codes into the car's GPS locator, or any navigator in the car, or pressed the buttons on the car's radio, making the car run "Pac-Man's super speed" and how it worked to "ghost" because those codes were created Accelerate Pac-Man and not ghosts? Well, it’s possible that they just now, with some exceptions, also worked in a “ghost” or else he could enter codes into the car in reverse.

That's always confused me too! But rewatching it now at, 3:26 he looks to be cutting through alley's. With that I also now realized the glasses are the same from his childhood, where he cheated in Donkey Kong so he didn't use it in this chase 😂
