Hey, Ethan, how are you doing? This is matt from the states again. I don't understand how somebody can buy this house which, in my opinion I understand there is some stuff that has to get done. The mold removal and such, which is must get done. But there's nothing wrong with this house. Yes, it needs some cosmetic work. That's a given, but this is a beautiful house. The downstairs you finish that off my God, it's it. You're looking at more living space. I mean tearing down a house that can be salvaged. Fixed up and then pulling all that debris into a landfill, which is totally nonsense. Fix up the house, make it nice prune outside. Cut the grass. Make it look beautiful like it once was and instead of putting it in the landfill. You just salvaged a house. That somebody could live in like I said. I've left you messages before. I loved your. I love Your channel I've sent you messages before. I mean you know if I didn't live in the United States. And that house was for sale. I wouldn't have second thoughts about trying to buy it. But like you said, this house is probably already demolished, which is sad and just wrong. Keep doing the work you're doing. I love your channel like I said. I love the houses you put on your channel and maybe some days. Somebody will make sense and stop tearing down the houses. And fix Em up. Type, take it easy. Wow. I hope someone salvages all that nice hardwood flooring as well as the central vacuum unit in the garage and the garage door openers. The windows even look newer. They can be salvaged as well as those old light fixtures. No reason to demolish this place. People just want to build new cheap stuff. Great video.

As always a sad shame that this cool unique house has already met a premature end. What a lovely lot as well. Other than those couple moldy areas in foyer I didn’t notice other decaying areas. This one would be fun to restore/ slightly improve upon. Love the fireplaces and brick accents. So much is lost forever with all of the destruction. Too much ugly dense housing built instead. It is such a latge and beautiful home and property! It was obviously well taken care of. The design elements are fantastic! I love the foyer, and the skylights, and all the large windows! It always seems such a needless waste, to demolish homes like this one. Cool find! 🤟✌️

The front foyer is really interesting with that lovely vaulted ceiling and theres some cool lights but it’s way too modernised and magnolia which I guarantee it wasn’t like that when new which is such a shame. Great tour as always Ethan

Did you say a Toto toilet? That probably wouldn't be original. Toto toilets were the first manufacturer of the fancy toilets with a bidet built in and auto flushing, and low gpm's. Probably more than you ever wanted to know about toilets. 😊

Looks like it was in the process of being renovated, seems to portray more like the minimalist design of 2014+ homes rather than an actual early 80s home with woodgrain and tile flooring (only thing left was the spare bathroom beside basement areas); think almost like Dunkin’ Donuts & McDonalds in the years since even when compared to the ‘00s for that matter. Doesn’t seem to have any natural decay nor any personal belongings left behind for that matter, so wonder what makes it so “Forgotten [About] and ABANDONDED”

OK......now you broke the ski light and racoons will be storming in and setting up shop....😁🤩...i see quite a few ski lights in the CA homes...does the heat of the house melt the snow build up? or so they have a heat strip or something...?? thanks

Ethan that Clothes lines was Hills hoist invented in Australia. Anyway The dozers comes they don't descrimante everything in that house if not taken or removed already is going to landfill glad some things were removed, Dozers have 100's of houses to knock down in the space of Summer I guess. That Basement was a Dungeon dark, Bizare they filled the stairs from Garage in and the Upstairs Bathroom is a bit Charlie and the Chocolate Factory for me. cheers for the last view of the house
