I can't believe sameone whould just walk away from this house!!!! It's so sad!😥😱

What a lovely home. Such a shame it is being torn down. You can tell that the family took good care of it, even up until the end of its life. I'm sure there are some people who have very fond memories of living there.

You know this makes me so sad that something so beautiful could be destroyed, again all for some developers greed. What an amazing area and a stunning home. There’s nothing not to love about it. That master bedroom and bath were great. Kitchen and living areas beautiful. The basement gorgeous although the boarded up widows don’t do it justice. I can’t even imagine how wealthy these developers are to buy out all these homeowners. I like to think I’d be the holdout who refused to sell. It would be so cool if all of the owners refused to sell but I guess money speaks to most people. Such a shame. Thank you for showing all of these stunning homes. You’re the best at what you do! This seems to be an increasingly disturbing trend here with southern Ontario real estate. Greed!! What once was a beautiful house and property will be turned into a shit load of cookie cutter townhouses selling for a million dollars each. It's sickening. We need a huge real estate price correction right soon.

The lights above the fireplace are called "PUCK LIGHTS" because they look like a "HOCKEY PUCK" and are not flush mounted to the ceiling like "POT LIGHTS" are. Just a little FYI for you. love your videos keep it up.👍

Nice front door, blinds, floors, beautiful front entrance, cool sunken living room, love that unique style, to french doors, love potlights! Thats different, a split garage, cool! 3 sets of basement stairs?! Kitchen is pretty 😍 Yes, ice maker, love all the storage! I don't care for the blue carpet (my opinion) 😍😍 Tub Beautiful, Nice master bathroom! All bedrooms are decent! Basement didn't flood like the other house, that's good 👍 Thank you Ethan ❤

Hi Ethan I have to say for a bungalow this house is massive. It didn’t seem to end. Why would anyone abandon this house? It’s clean and beautiful and has so many nice fireplaces. It has a cool bar in the basement. You could have a good size party down there and serve drinks from the neat bar and then afterwards wash the glasses 🥂 in that dishwasher. The owner of this gem knew how to live. I was surprised the basement wasn’t flooded. It’s a cool house and should not be demolished. Thanks Ethan for taking us along on this exploration. I really liked this place. I was thinking right up until the end “why is there no laundry room?!” and then you found it hahah. So much space downstairs, great if someone needed to add more bedrooms. But no shower or bath downstairs just the toilet/laundry which seemed kind of unusual compared to a lot of the houses you’ve done! Another interesting tour thanks Ethan

Hello Ethan this home is beautiful it move in ready for someone, whoever had it took really good care of it. I can’t believe they left the washer and dryer they are not cheap. The kitchen is a nice size lots of cupboards which I love and the bedrooms are pretty big but the master bedroom and bathroom wow love it. Thank you for sharing have a wonderful day.

My family always referred the room with the TV as the “Family Room” since we’d use it as a family and the “Living Room” was for formal gatherings.

These people really lived "The Good Life" Shame it didn't last for them.... Though & function went into this one.A heated garage stall for working in, and a double for standard use, planned well, executed well, a show place, Decidedly renovated by a quality firm.

There is not one thing that I didn't like about this house. And it's move-in ready. Get me the lease and I'm a-moving in! And - hey! Coming up on 100,000 subscribers Ethan! We'll have to celebrate that one! Cheers!

That’s the type of home I would like! Guess I would need a smaller version tho. Not that much I would change, right away, but sorry, I don’t care for the blue rug in every one on the bedroom wing. I like the style, and I like blue, just not in every room. Again, the only reason this house is empty is because they must have been bought out for mega dollars.

This house was so clean! Obviously redone at some point but so clean and well kept. Can you imagine selling your house and leaving it that clean, even having the carpets cleaned only to have it demolished in the end? How sad! But at least the basement wasn’t flooded and gross. I just don’t get it. This was like so many others a very well built home with good bones. Even the quality of the building materials does not compare to what you get today, the lumber and everything is not as good as it was back then. Such of a waste, just makes me mad.
