It's been an amazing-awesome match!!! being only details that have tilted the balance in favour of Fan. Impressive the pressure that Lin Yun-Ju put on Fan that was very upset and spooked all along the match. In the rallies Lin-Jun was faster than Fan, so Fan had to change tactics and used his experience playing short balls. For me this match has been the anticipated legit and real final. Tomorrow Ovcharov vs Lin-YunJu is 30/70 and FanZhendong vs Malong is 70/30. PD: Lin Yun-Ju is like a robot: doesn't sweat at all!!!

Obviously Malong and Ovtcharov have read my prediction and got very very pissed off (LMAO); thats why they played highly motivated. Congrats to both.!!!

I see Fan Zhendong very fast and steady , BUT I see Lin Yun-Ju very fast too and ,above all, very calmed : perhaps the only one able to upset Fan. Great match : for me is an anticipated final 50/50. Ma long is showing good shape, but perhaps one grade beneath Fan and Ju (Ma long would say: hold my beer...."lo and behold"....)

In the past couple of years, the odd of Lin winning FZD or ML is 30/70 or 40/60. Now, I would say it is 50/50.

Fantastic match! Lin has NO future against the Chinese players. Lin was lucky to survive those two rounds, otherwise it could easily be 4:1. Fan was way too tense in Olympic games
