Why is warming up with "brrrrrr" and not with "aa, AAA, aaaa", I've seen kpop idols using the brrr technique, but idk why

The "brrr" is not really a warm up, it just helps to make a more clearer Pronunciation while singing

yeah, it warms up the lips, it's a part of all of the face warm ups that singers have to do before singing anything seriously. the "aaa AAA aaa" warm up is a voice warm up to hit notes more accurately and "easily", and also to prevent voice cracks while going high
