So little is said when going over this motion, that Melnick told the court he would NOT be present during this time.... YET Glanville still proceeded with the "forced immunity" AND the ex parte coercion of Copeland. Those facts alone tell me that the Judge is on the prosecution team. Bumpus even taking the ex parte meeting or "legal advise" from her bffs Love/Hylton (judge in tandem) is so suspicious to me, she can NOT be that ignorant of the law. I don't believe for one second that Glanville didn't know that Copeland was going to plead the 5th. He is as dirty as they come.

The Honourable Brain Steele's restraint from calling the named three "Honourable" is a show of his contempt towards the said three for their roguish roll and belligerence towards the upholding of The Law.

So how is it legally possible for the da office to run down to the judge and get immunity when the night before they were informed they could no longer talk to the witness ? As a layperson, it seems unfair and wrong.

Krause is the judge on the Merchant Law Firm suing the Fulton DA's office for not producing Freedom of information requests. Perhaps Phil can do a report on that first meeting. It appeared to me judge was saying Merchant's were not suing the right person and so couldn't go further.....

It sounds like these ex parte hearings are a common practice with the Fulton County DA Office. It didn’t seem like lawyer Bumpus thought there was anything wrong with the Ex Parte Hearing. This was likely because she was an employee working under Love.

Egregious. Steel's comprehensive motion clearly demonstrates Fulton County's incapacity to perform its duties with impartiality. The actions and prevalence of bad actors in Fulton County give scant confidence in the State of Georgia's willingness to self audit effectively.

In my humble opinion, the flipside of the coin is the judge overseeing the motions of recusal Could restore the integrity of the Fulton county judicial system if she recuses judge Glanville. I do understand the argument for bias here but the sacrifice of the one for the many, maybe the case here.

Most of the cases I hear where colleagues contribute to each others campaigns it’s a $150-$500 which I don’t necessarily see an issue over but $2000 is a healthy contribution and I can see the concern there.

I am not a Lawyer, utuber, or other, but I have a question. Under RICO where evidence requires 2 different crimes must be proved, including the management and control to bring into effect those outcomes. Why wouldn't the Defence Counsel in bringing fraud, or other wrongdoings before the court not be held to the same standard. On an equal footing basis under RICO , the District Attorney's Office only shares equal footing with the Gov. of Georgia. With His new law He has put on the public record that He has the power equal in footing to the District Attorney. RICO requires 2 distinct but different offences to be plead amounts the conspiring Parties that gave the Legal authorities to manage the outcome. Otherwise you will always face a dismissal for failure to stake a claim for which relief can be granted.
