just like everyone said, it's incredibly hard to find a song that's good for duet, they both like and comfortable with, not about romance, and above everything else, they have the perms to work with. (and I don't think they want to opt out for funny/meme song either, so the options are quite limited) not to mention both have perfectionist tendency to some degree (both mentioned about retaking parts and doing revisions) because both takes music projects very seriously, which is good but it might take a while before they find the perfect song and work on it. I'd say it's all for the better though, that way whatever they're cooking are going to be phenomenal for sure.

This is the second fan made duet of this I’ve seen lol but they’re both masterpieces. I’ve literally been waiting for someone to do this ever since Kobo released her cover lol. Hope they both see this at some point

well kobo already planing to make duet cover long time ago but they still stuck in choice the song because all of the song they get perm is love song and regis feel awkward sing it with kobo.

this would be a good choice, but it happened by accident since they initially didn't know that they both chose the same song for their next cover. I'm guessing that both of them want this as a personal project, though, so hopefully there will be another perm-free song that fits them.

Sounds really good. I think in Kobo's key, her being kept in the lead and Altare as harmony only would have worked a little better, but it still sounds solid.

kobo and altare is a combination made by destiny lol if i don't know them, i would believe you if they're really siblings living next room in the same house. they're really so match with each other, they even can paly multiple musical instruments and can sing. can't wait for regis 3D, i hope yagoo bring kobalt stage come true because we ALL are NEED it so much :( i know kobalt already planning about doing song cover tgt but just didn't find a perfect non-romantic song that they wants (because they have similar music interests...). or maybe when altare come to Indonesia next year lol

Actually, Kobo and Regis sing in different keys. Kobo in female key (higher) and Regis in male key (lower). Then using Kobo's instrument, with Regis' voice but *without changing the pitch* . So it's offkey. +5 semitones I think.

I definitely hear it as off-key, but it sounds harmonized so it doesn't seem like they clash. I was trying to listen for a part where it sounds bad but nothing seems to stand out.

Well yes, that's because Regis' key is *coincidentally* the same as the second lead/alto voice (or whatever they call it), but it definitely has a different pitch scale than the first lead (Kobo), so there are some parts that are out of tune. The problem is between Regis' key and the key of the instrument. Yeah, I've listened to a few others that try to match their pitch but it always makes one (or both) of them sound a little robotic from the autotuning. This is easily the best one I've heard. I think it sounds nice here, even with them singing in different tones.
