This is well deserved by the British people to see Princess Charlotte's photo as she celebrates her 9th birthday. Elizabeth is Catherine's middle name as well. Also, the British public should feel entitled to see her photo because they contribute financially towards her upkeep. Not the case with the Sussexes' children.
