Seriously in reality there is a dark side to almost everything and most jobs!! I read more dark comments than encouragement ones. To many think their ideas are right for others sad to say . We are only responsible for our choices and I am pretty sure most of you out there hate it when others tell you what to do. The BTS MEN are fully capable better than anyone when making decisions for themselves!

Jungkook is very smart and I know because he has said he does not want to go solo and that he can not wait to get back together with the rest of BTS. I also do not think anyone can push him to do anything that he does not want to do. BTS may or may not be virgins it does not matter. I am sure at their age they know many things.

Jungkook will do whatever he wants to, he is free to do so, and be happy and successful always no matter what. Jungkook loves and is bonded to his group . Excellent and yeah I agree, Jungkook cannot be forced to do stuff he doesn't want to do, not only is he an adult but that's not even his personality. As someone who has lived half their life in America and half their life in Asia, I’m going to give it to everyone straight here: in Asia, drinking, smoking, and “hooking up” is not seen as as much of a big deal as it is in western countries. My husband started smoking at middle school age. I see students frequently ditching school in their school uniforms. Somehow they get their hands on booze. I hear stories from my husband and heard stories from my students about staying out all night at concert events in bigger cities. Is MAYBE slightly different since 2020? Ehh, probably not? Kids run away from home, at least in Japan school is only mandatory up through middle school. A lot of kids lose their virginity in middle school. It is *not* a huge deal, and sex education here is a JOKE AND A HALF. When I went on the pill, the effing *rhythm method* was listed as a valid form of birth control, as was pulling out. And this was from an actual OBGYN. A regular plain old doctor didn’t know what anorexia or bulimia was. Even mental health care here can be an absolute joke, so don’t expect much in general, lol. Kids don’t get a whole lot of support, education, etc. Not in the way a westerner mindset would expect, necessarily? But the pressure to succeed academically and follow the stereotypical “path to success” society deems acceptable is very real. It’s a tough one. Sticking out and going against the grain doesn’t make you popular or earn you bonus points. It labels you problematic and a difficult person. As to them doing all these things: again, it’s literally common and not a big deal. Plus they are all grown men. I’ll wager most of them probably lost their virginity in high school. Didn’t Yoongi have a girlfriend? Even if she did cheat on him, like he supposedly said, there’s a chance they hooked up. Even if they didn’t, be realistic: you can hire sex workers in Asia. Smoking is very common in Asia. Drinking is legitimately part of the business culture in Asia. (I’ve had to go to work parties and drink, my husband has had to go to work parties and drink, honestly, it’s a thing) They are all grown up men with their own lives. Let’s not faint over the idea they’ve had sex, drink, smoke, etc. And if they do these things it doesn’t really have any effect on anyone else’s life but their own.

Nobody can force JK, he has very definite ideas. He is also able to make difficult decisions, such as when to join the army, for the sake of the team.

Aside from the scripted shows and the roles given, all of them seemed quite honest and aproachable twrds their fans. So we have seen them crying, having fun, being in pain, being goofy while drunk and all the other normal things guys their age would do. But to think we truelly know them is an illusion. They kept many things private, as it should be. For the time being, none of the members will go solo, for those who may wish so in the future there is plenty of time. But after seeing some horrid news about the dark side of the western industry, I am at peace where they are now.
