The editing was NOT boring, it was an awesome window into your creative process and I'd love to see more 😄 And not to look a gift horse in the mouth, but it might even be cool if you re-dubbed a few lines and played them over stills from the original? You could even play them back-to-back with the original snippet, for comparison. Like, "So here's the original again... (15-second snippet) And here's how it would sound with these edits (10-second redub) Do you see how much better that flows?" I realise it would be extra work, but just an idea for you! And thank you for these Revisited episodes, I enjoy them at least as much as the vanilla episodes.

I wouldn't call it clap-and-cheer entertaining but I'd say it was very neat seeing you edit your old script because it gives insight into how you approach the final product (and obviously people enjoy the final product). It also highlights that in your revisiting you felt the "you said 'do do'" part was untouchable and perfect as is.

@@laseede17I liked the addition, but I think doing a quick edit (I'm guessing you mean something like a producer guy short) to show us how it would look may undermine a bit of why he's doing Revisited, since it's supposed to be an easy quick video to give more breathing room for his main videos. I think editing the DOC is a good middle ground, since it's more visual and specific than him vaguely saying what scene he would want to improve.

You say "it's boring" but actually it is very insightful for new writers/content creators. To check and cut down their work before moving on to the next step is valuable! It will literally stop postproduction headaches from happening, especially after you've already shared it with the world. I watch these Revisited to hear you comment on your old videos and what you think about it. This was really interesting, hope you do more of it

I found the analysis of what you'd do differently with the script now really interesting! I think it fits the concept of doing Revisited videos really well and I'd love to see it again

Loved this analysis too even though it's not what I'm looking for here, maybe a separate format for those would be better? Either way I'm here for it.

So seeing as I’m watching this to procrastinate from doing some editing myself, I’m gonna need you to get ALLLLL the way off my back about what I should be doing right now. Please depart my back at your earliest convenience. But yes, love your content and the editing was far from boring! Keep up the great work!

QUESTION: Have you ever considered just remaking some of your older pitch meetings? New script, new jokes, new Ryan? I'm certain many of us would love it! Especially with the really big franchises. Thank you for all your work!

I absolutely love the work you do - thank you so much for brightening our lives with these brilliant pitch meetings. A few films I would really love to see you do pitch meetings for (Please and thank you): The Thing (1982) The Invitation (2022) Labyrinth (1986) Saw (2004) Pet Sematary (either version or both... might be interesting to see a PM double feature that looked at the original and it's remake) Priest (2011) Doom (2005) The Craft (1996) Also, I did like the script editing aspect - it would certainly be interesting to see any jokes that didn't make the final cut.

Everybody take a moment to appreciate Ryan still enjoys making these pitch meetings! I thought after all this time you might resent or hate doing these but it turns out it’s super easy, barely an inconvenience
