Absolutely stunning, and great price, IMO! I'd probably take the whole ground floor of the old building as my mostly private living space, turn the storage room next to the garage into the living room, and lock the bedroom and bathroom off that's next to the kitchen, and possibly share "my" kitchen with guests. (I wonder if it would be possible to install a kitchen on the upper floor.) My idea would be to make it into a kind of self-catered hostel for older travelers, private bedrooms but shared kitchen and baths, if the local zoning would allow for that. Anyway, just my idea... PS - I eventually found your intro to Piemonte video and was glad to hear that Torino is your favorite city, as it is also mine, except that I haven't even been there yet! I'd always known of it, but it impressed me watching the winter olympics on tv way back in 2006, and it'll be on my next trip abroad! Thanks again for the awesome videos you produce! 🙂

So cute :D the cantina is freaking me out a bit with so many spiders lol You do a great job of showing each room and where they are located :D My husband isn't ready to retire yet, but when he does we want a property like this, in town but on the edge so you get a bit of land! It is perfect!!!!

Nice home, lots of potential , good size of land , good geographical location ( fast / easy access to Central Europe were I was born, or France, Germany, Austria and the Alps , couple of problems for me as I would prefer more privacy and a much-much smaller hose as I don't need additional income and the headaches associated with it ( been there than that in Canada ) . Thank both of you for the wonderful presentation !

That house here in the United States would easily cost you over 1 million plus the land that would probably make a grand total of 1.5 to 2 million or more. Here in Knoxville tn . USA I can't find a house under 165000 dollars ant might only be 800 square feet. Some even smaller then that. And cost 100000 dollars more . It's crazy how expensive the stayescare now.
