Wow, very unique floor plan for a home in a centro storico. The entryway and staircase are wonderful. This looks like it will be stunning when fixed up. I'd put a Rocket stove at the bottom of the stairs so the heat could float up.

There must have been a great sale on bright pink paint in 1962....😂. Not sure about your renovation cost there Aiden, I think 70,000 is a bit under. Roof obviously needs a lot of repair and it's under a terrace, that won't be cheap. 😮How many square meters was this property?

Love, love love the main floor! The bedrooms and bathrooms are disappointing. 😬 Too cramped and not enough natural light upstairs. Also wish it had a rooftop terrace.

Oh wow, what a cutie! I agree with you, it has a great feel about it. It's not often that I can envision the success of making a place my own but with this one I can. Unfortunately, it's out of my purchase budget. And besides that, I still have 2 months before my Questura appointment and Permesso approval so I can't purchase anything before then. But I'm looking around so I can hit the ground running. :-) I think this will go quick and someone will be really happy with this one!

There are a lot of possibilities with the second house and barns. That grotto would be magical with string lights, some seats made from wine barrels. I have a million ideas swarming in my head. It will take imagination and patience, which I have. It would also require a decent budget to restore the grotto and give the second home the renovations it needs, which I don't have. I sure do love the garden and that grotto, though. The big tree is a bonus. This is such a fantastic bargain. That old open upper section barn for hay would make a fantastic place to covert into a huge game room or even a yoga retreat, even a restaurant and put a bar in the grotto. Oh, so many ideas.
