Ingredients
* 15-20 shrimps
* 10-12 large mushrooms
* 180 ml of cream
* 200 grams of spinach
* 2-3 cloves of garlic
* 30 grams of butter
* 30 gr hard parmesan cheese
* Salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation
- Remove the stems from the mushrooms and chop them finely.
- Clean the caps
- Chop garlic and spinach.
- Fry mushroom stems, garlic and spinach in butter for 10-12 minutes, stirring.
- Add cream, salt and pepper and fry for another 5-7 minutes.
- Put the filling into the mushroom caps and top with shrimp.
- Cook in the oven for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius.
- Sprinkle with grated cheese
- Enjoy!
