I'm having battery issues now, thank the Lord that we have two vehicles because I'm sure I'll have to jump start the car before I go to work. I found your video by accident, this video came up after I watched the touch screen key fob video. I plan on buying one of these or something similar before I get stranded in the middle of nowhere.

I've got a similar jump starter/charger called the Halo Bolt, pretty much the same exact thing. It's probably close to ten years old now and the technology seems to be improving. What I like about this one over my Halo Bolt is having that digital gauge showing how much charge is left, and it looks like a much easier process to do a jump start. Halo Bolt is much more compact though, but the Fanttik has about five times more capacity. Anyhow, these things are awesome to have, just like having a spare tire. We're starting to become too dependent on just having a phone with us to get us out of trouble, but every driver should have the basic tools with them to be self sufficient.

Yeah I think you are right definitely a must in my car (specially when I travel far) last thing I want to be is stranded on the side of a road in middle of nowhere with no reception. It's definitely adds some peace of mind to carry a jump starter for emergencies..

Ah . Was waiting for you to get this... Surprised you got the standard package instead of the Deluxe...I would have gotten the Deluxe for the hard case, and the 65W wall charger. I find the cables could have been 6 gauge instead of 8 gauge. The Noco equivalent uses 6 gauge wire.. One other note .. The T8 has a 2 year warranty and it has a forced/bypass mode if the battery voltage is less than 8V.. This is different than the Noco which only requires forced mode when less than 2 V

Hi mpcp27! I actually didn't even knew about the Deluxe package until I was reviewing this, I think you are right, it be cool to have it in the case with the high speed charger. The gauge is marked as 8 but if they later go to 6 that be even better, so far the 8awg seems to be enough for the current draw but as with anything bigger is better! lol That's interesting on the forced mode, I have another charger under review and it doesn't have it (I was testing with a battery a 6V and realized that It would be handy to have). I ordered one from Banggood, (it's not the same one you show in your video) but it does the job, and I only paid $ 60 and I can leave my dash cam on, for 7 hours.

There will be a butt load of these sold for Christmas. They really are handy to have, in the glove box, when your wife calls and tells you, her car battery is dead.

Yeah and I like that they can be used both to jump start the car or charge a phone, gives me some peace of mind (for long trips where the possibility of getting stranded)...

Hi ABC Club! correct, normal jump starting is done with ground being a metallic portion of the car. But the instructions for this jump starter system call out for the clamps to be connected directly to battery (I have another one under review, also seems to call the same) so while there may be a reason to do so since it's a jump pack instead of jumper cables you may be able to continue using it in the same way as jumper cables and anchor the negative clamp to the car chassis (ground). It seems not effective as after charging the battery and you disconnect it, the car battery God's down again, and you had escaped that test on your second Trial.
