These types of battery jumpers are awesome. We used one to jump some ladies car in Florida during our road trip so we didn't have to jump it one of our fancy cars. Love when companies include cases that aren't garbage too ++++++

I bought the NOCO a few years ago. To test it I disconnected the battery cables and connected them to the device. It worked perfectly. The price and the features of the Fanttik make it a no brainer. If I were in the market for one today I would definitely buy the Fanttik.

update: I bought it on the 30th and received it today. It came with a charge of 79%. Nice packaging. It did take a while to get to me but I think I was one of the first to buy it so that is understandable. It seems like it is built solid and easy to put in any vehicle with no issues. It says it should take 5 hours to fully charge it.

NOCO Boost Plus GB40 $90 on Amazon and uses up to 1000amps good for up to 6L gas and 3L diesel What I like about the NOCO is it comes with direct connections you leave on the battery posts with a plug on the other end to easy connect when jumping. I have direct connections to my motorcycle battery which I can also direct connect to jump or trickle charge with a Battery Tender.

I like the idea of hardwired, but 3 of my cars are 6.2 liter engines so that isn't an option for me.

How long did you have it connected to the battery before you tried to start it?

the amount of time that it took me to hook it up and walk around the car to get into the driver's seat. Maybe 20 seconds? It's not meant to charge the battery, it just jumps the car so the alternator can then charge your battery.

I found the C7 drains the battery just standing for many things in the car more so then other model Vettes. The car definitely needs a trickle charge if it sets over a week. If you have it in a garage its easy just to plug it in to keep it up. If the car starts with a low battery you'll see the car runs like shit before it gets the battery back up... usually running over 20 minutes... Just Saying

very true but not everyone has access to a battery tender or an outlet in their garage. Not to mention that maybe the battery itself is bad and leaves you stranded at a local movie theater. This device has an extremely wide range of uses. Even if you have set yourself up to never need it, odds are good, one day you will.

I have been a fan of your Channel for a while but I feel this was not an honest review. You never showed the battery being dead and not able to start. You never showed hooking up the jump starter. Yes the head lights being up when the car is off is a sign of no power but you can clearly see in the split second you raised the camera just before starting the car that the head lights were down. I even slowed the playback down and took a screen shot to be able to zoom in and the head lights are definitely down. Also you didn’t show disconnecting the jump starter. So at this point everyone is supposed to take your word that this jump-starter works as advertised opposed to seeing it perform.

One last thing I forgot to add. When you walked around to the jump starter you can clearly see the display is not on meaning the device is not on. When watching another reviewer you can clearly see the display showing on the screen when jump starting. I’m not trying to be a jerk. I really like your content but I would also like to see an honest review from you.

100% honest, The device was on and if you watch the video in multiple sections the screen often looks like it's flashing because the display is LED. I wouldn't make a video lying about a product. I can upload another section of the video I cut showing it not starting if you'd like to be assured. Reply here and let me know and I'll shoot you a link.

@@HorsePowerObsessed Justin, It’s the way the review was presented that makes it look deceiving. You didn’t show the product working, you told your viewers it worked. There were a few others things that stood out to me that I didn’t even comment about. Like the charge on the jump pack being at 80% when you opened it out of the box then after charging it and jumping the car it was at exactly 80%? If you have footage of the car not starting why didn’t you use that footage in your final cut? That would have been a key piece of information to the product. Also, what is your response on the headlights not being up like you said they were? Had they been up you would have been able to see them from that view ( I’ve owned 11 corvettes, that’s why I like your channel) My educated guess would be you didn’t want to drain the battery to do a product review so you faked it. I have a Masters in forensics science and have been a forensic investigator going on 19 years. I’m trained to look for details. Ok, I’ll bit at your offer of seeing the footage.

Like I said I can show you the evidence if you need to see it. I'm definitely not lying about anything. It's a battery jump pack it jumps a dead battery. That's literally its functionality why would I have to lie about how it works? I don't gain anything from lying to somebody and saying something works when it doesn't. It's currently at 74% after jumping the car a second time because I didn't let it run long enough the first time if that helps you at all. Like I said let me know if you want to see a video otherwise there's really no reason to continue talking about this. I have video that will prove that it's been jumped, cut from the final version because it extended the length too long and I figured by now I have made enough of a reputation for myself that people would believe that it worked versus having to see it. I literally only review products that I personally believe in if you're seeing the video of a product then it's one that I would personally use. I film videos all the time that I end up never even uploading because the product ends up being a piece of garbage. If you see the video you can guarantee it's not a bad product. I do understand what it is you're seeing though so if you want to see proof of this working just let me know and I will upload that part of the video that I cut.

You said “ it’s a battery jump pack it jumps a dead battery” but you didn’t show in your video the battery was dead is the point I was trying to make. A lot of KZfaqrs do fake reviews for the kick back from companies so yes a lot of them will lie about a product to make sales. I AM IN NO WAY SAYING YOU DO THIS, but it is a known fact on KZfaq. I would hate to see you put in that category due to the way a video was presented. Look at it from your viewers point of view. With mostly everything I pointed out makes it look like a fake review. Also, in the last sentence of my last comment I said “Ok, i’ll bite at your offer of seeing the footage”. I still respect you and look forward to your uploads. I think your channel is underrated and can’t wait to see you grow more. I meant no disrespect towards you just from my point of view it looked like a fake review.

If the battery is completely dead, you can’t just connect the T8 and start the car. You have to activate Boost Mode to let it know it’s connected to a battery and override safety interlocks. The fact that you didn’t show it being connected and Boost Mode activated completely destroys my trust in your review. I suspect you don’t even know what Boost Mode is.

@@pherron7471 I love the idea of the antigravity batteries, but they are expensive, not made for every make/model, and they aren't useful to someone other than the person who has it in their car. With this unit, I could jump anyone in need. With that said, I am planning on getting an antigravity battery soon in my ZR1 lol
