you need to tell the developers that a living arear that size is too small for a 3 bedroom home let alone a 4 they need to give more room over to living instead of bedrooms

Again this is Thailand they don’t make every 3 or 4 bedroom house the same.No homes in Thailand have the same layout unless it’s built by the same developer and apart of the same project.I have seen big 3 and 4 bedroom homes in Chiang Mai for around the same price.Thailand’s infrastructure for real estate isn’t standard every home will be different.So don’t think that every home in Chiang Mai that’s 3 bedrooms is like this because it’s not.

@@Fatehakhrib I grew up in a house of 5 kids and 2 parents and even with a lot more land than that the living room arear is too small for a family the size that could live in a 4 bed house

@@jamalgreen3056 every home just about everywhere but Brittan and Europe is different yet these all seem to have the same issue the living arear is too small in the new designs the older ones have more space but developers everywhere seem to think that more bedrooms = more money

I'm never sure about the true value of these common areas. A good sized pool I get, but other things like a small gym and work space seem a bit pointless and a drag on your baht. Most people (ie, me) would prefer to join a quality gym and do the job properly. Btw, nice touring today, Gim. ✨✨
