The sad thing is, if valve actually made team fortress 3 and added all the old mercs, we wouldn’t get any new soldier voice lines, which I find sad, it then again valve doesn’t know what the community truly wants so it probably will never happen

The worst part about this is that, Today is my oldest sister’s 21st birthday, and her being a big fan of TF2, this broke her heart, she was a huge fan of the mercenaries from TF2, especially Pyro, Heavy, & Soldier! And my best friend who mains Soldier in TF2 Has taken the mantle of logging back into Steam to play TF2 once more after hearing this, to finally complete his rocket jump training. All i have left to say is, GODSPEED RICK MAY GODSPEED!

I’ll say this again here because I feel it is important to note. “I wanted to post this here to say that Rick May was more then just TF2’s Soldier but also a voice actor for Star-Fox 64 and was the first man in the history of the game to say “DO A BARREL ROLE!” In the series.” He will be missed by us and those who played Starfox and heard his voice say “Do a barrel roll” for the rest of our lives.
