I have a 450 sitting in my shed. Great tractors and they just had great styling to the body lines back then. Our shed is a full of red with a cub, three Farmall C’s a super C, 340, 450, and a 560. That is going to be one nice 350 when it’s done. Can’t wait to see the progress.

I remember going to Dunn?'s down in Meadeville with my dad back in the 60's and picking up parts. The last tractor we bought from them was a 460 with natrow front end and loader. Used the heck out of it was gas. Memories

Hi FF! Sweet looking and running old 350. I loved your explanation of the difference between the Farmall and International tractors. The Farmall line was International Harvester's line of row crop tractors where as the Internationals were their general purpose tractors. Like you, we have always been row crop farmers and the Farmalls were our natural choice. By the way, that 350 would look good working in your fields...RED POWER THEN...RED POWER NOW!😁

Nice tractors I'd be undecided as to do over that tractor it's such good shape original hmm. As I see it yes the John Deere used more fuel cause it simply did more acres. Boom let's go let's grow have a good day Geno.

FF those 350s are tough tractors. I have an early 57 model. It was in a barn fire about 10 years ago. It fell though the barn floor then the barn collapsed on top of it! It was pulled from the rubble, a few burned off wires were replaced, the previous owner put 18.4 38 tires on it off of a 1066 because that's what they had laying around, threw some new paint on her and she was back to work within 2 weeks of the fire.

I think the utility’s were governed a little differently because ours runs a little rpm, but our 300 utility is basically a 350 because we put 350 sleeves in it
@justinstearns9723 Жыл бұрын
Utilities were governed at 2000 rpm, while the Farmalls were at 1750 I believe.

So, that 3020 gas power shift is a decently rare tractor. I'd be willing to buy it to save it from being hacked up and diesel swapped.

@RustyCarnahan3 жыл бұрын
@@FarmallFanatic Well, that may be true, but he's lost my respect, for now. Won't be hard to gain it back, mind you, but to me it would be the same as taking that 340 Diesel and saying "yeah, you know what? That diesel is basically garbage. I'm gonna put a gas engine in its place." Same for me with the gas power shift Deeres. Weren't many of them built, and too many of them have been diesel swapped.
@tyfrank34273 жыл бұрын
It's almost a shame to restore that one. It is very nice. There are people who prefer nice originals to restored tractors. Even the steering wheel is perfect.
