We've tool boxes on ALL our major equipment. Including carrying spare parts. Equipment doesn't come with toolbox,put one on!

I finished last Tuesday, combine was held together with some quick temporary repairs the last 2 days. But it made it. You are like me, the winter list is getting longer on things to fix.

Everyone around us had auger problems like on our combine. The unload auger got hurt at the 90 degree tube that comes out of the tank because of all the wet corn this year.

Wobble sprocket not to be confused with wobble pop. :). Will be interesting to hear about the unloader. Some are saying the gooseneck is missing. I assume you have it stored above like usual.

I noticed the distributer on the silo is dropping the corn on the auger ,we always had ours set in a position so there was no interference

I’d bet that when the electrical ring deal was pulled out to clean the grove it was reinstalled 1/3 turn off.

sorry for the way i write , i never been at school for my english i learned from the street. he used a small hammer for streath in up is spocket and he finished whit a slegg hammer for kepping rooling that day . simple ! have a good day ! 🙋♂️

The spreader is in the wrong spot should be a quarter turn towards you in the open spot not unloading over the auger

In the previous video about preparing the silo I noticed that it looked like the discharge spout was not tied down in the place where you normally put it and I don't remember seeing it when you and the video from the top of the silo with it being lifted. I guess it was out of the silo for repairs and forgot to put it back in place.

Take the 500 ton and devide by 56 . Lots of bushels. ???? Why don't you put some corn in the harvest store. They sure work good for that. Or at least my bosses did. Always amazing to see your operation. All i can say is WOW Take care and stay warm !!!

All you need to work on a Deere is a sledge hammer. That bolt and washer was like what happened to me Friday. My middle mower blade on my zero turn mower unscrewed and fell straight down and as I turned around to just look there it was. Back to the building raise up the mower and with the impact gun gave it some uga dugas and tighten it down. Sounded much better

I have had wet corn destroy the unloading system on the 9500 cause the neighbors said if it wasn’t 32% or higher it wouldn’t keep. I only did that once.

We always say if pounding will fix it we can fix it. I hope your fixing a hole in the discharge chute for that unloader or it's in the feed 😢

I would say when the shaft backed out after the bolt fell out, the sprocket bent when the chain walked off of it.

Well, I’m not a “silo expert”, but there seemed to be an awful lot of sunlight getting into the silo and I don’t think you should have been able to see inside from where you were. Also you quit filling the grain cart too soon. You could have fit four, maybe even five more kernels on that load ;).

Frustrating problem to deal with. We rebuilt the unload vertical housings, auger, and elbow a couple years ago. Not a cheap repair, but the old girl will really pump out the grain again.
