Welcome back one and all to another video on the channel
Join me as return to the roads and get back sessioning again.
This session is a three two one in which we work for three minutes, jog for 90s and then into two and one. It is amazing to be back out running but we for sure have a lot of work to do!

Fartlek is literally, playing around with speeds.. it’s a type of unstructured speedwork and that's what this session was. But anyhow, thanks for watching!
