The gst for EVs is just 5% right now Meanwhile for petrol/diesel vehicles it's 28% and goes upto 50% depending on length and engine capacity

2 doors is main drawback. Tata Nano with 4 doors was much better. If they launch it again in EV version at around 5 lakhs with atleast 150km , it will sell like hot cakes.
