Ironically, One Piece has actually resolved this issue of clothes and Devil Fruits; the clothes are also affected by the devil fruit. So Luffy's jeans literally also have rubber-powers of stretchiness. This actually comes into play in the story when a cyborg has a devil fruit, and the devil fruit powers influence his cybernetics. Also, as to why this is the case, Oda has gone on record saying that a lot of devil fruit users would be naked if their powers didn't also influence their clothes. For example, the devil fruit that turns you into fire would burn your clothes to ash. So, yeah, Luffy has stretchy jeans.

I love that Zoro is usually the most fashionable one in every OP movie (closely followed/tied with by Sanji) as also in some arcs. It's pretty ironic considering he's the one person in the crew who probably cares the least about fashion xD

I'd love more One Piece vids, since even with the variety of outfits shown in the video, there's still a lot more even for the straw hats alone, especially after the timeskip (Seriously, to take even Luffy as an example, he has, by my count, 9 different fits across the arcs and this is if we're completely ignoring the movies, which often have a few different ones each)

Yall gotta do the fits of the COLOR SPREADS. Just like the Bleach video, the color spreads have amazing fashion compared to their day to day fits. Cause like, you're going to draw much simpler fits if you have to draw then throughout all 100 chapters of the arc 😆

If you were to do a part 2, you should definitely include: Doflamingo, Law, Mihawk, Boa, Robin (in her original Alabasta fit) and Crocodile. There’s also Perona, Bonney, Kid, Smoker and Lucci for pretty solid fits… and Enel (mainly for the earlobes)/Mr 2 (for the swans)

The devil fruit powers also affect the clothes they use often enough, like logia users also turning their clothes into their element when they morph, so luffy can stretch his clothes too.

It doesnt matter what luffy wears because clothes work along with devil fruits. When he stretches his clothes can stretch as well. Some people can turn their bodies into specific elements but they're not naked when they turn back into hunans, their clothes also turn into that element. I would expect someone who has watched over 400 episodes to know this

when i started one piece in 2007, after 30 episodes, i started doing maths at seconds-time precision and i got to ~72 episodes in 24h without OPs and EDs and ~30m bathroom+others break. i got to ~230 (3 days) and i couldn't fight sleep and fatigue anymore. there were only ~270 episodes released then. i'm 34 now and i fear the day one piece ends.

5 hours a day for a month of One Piece to get to 400 eps in a 30 day month. That actually leaves you enough time to work an 8 hour shift with a 1 hour commute each way, an hour for dinner, an hour for breakfast and still 7 hours to sleep. 12 hours a day would get you through 1000 eps. An 18 hour a day insomniac binge would burn through 400 episodes in just over 8 days.

for people confused about rankings like christine: the regular rankings are just a, b, c, d, e, f S and up are in there to signify a sort of "transcendent" tier. something so good that they cant possibly be placed in the mortal realm of the regular alphabet order
