At the 2:48 mark, the narrator claims the chateau is 1,300 sqft. which you can see is impossible. I'm sure he meant 1,300 sq METERS which works out to be about 4,500 sq FEET per floor. because 1,300 sq meters equals 13,993 sq ft. 'Just saying. It also might interest you to know that Deneuve came from a wealthy family, so she grew up around nice things and knew their value.

Some people commented on the pronunciation; not correct, but still ok for a Britt and rather amusing . After all you say “Peris” and not “Pari”; and the Beaulieu in English is biulie and not boliö. As we say over here "Autant de pays, autant de fromages." I very much enjoyed the video. A little error has slipped in: the hotel located in the château is called “Domaine de Primard”. Domaine de Fontenille is near Aix-en-Provence . Both places seem to be run by the same hotel company

As people get older, they pare down their possessions. Deneuve pronounced DEUXNEUVE NOT Denoove, but the narrator is British. They pronounce many words differently. Her great taste obviously enchanted the two hoteliers, who saw all the possibilities & put in alot of money, time & work to turn her home into a luxury hotel/spa with a 3-Michelin star Restaurant. I'm sure the money was needed to keep up her lifestyle & pay for facelifts in NYC. At almost 80, she looks great & continues working. I would love to see a tour of her Paris apartment. I am a fan for more than 55 years. She had the luck to work with top notch directors & actors with excellent scripts. Her legacy will be everlasting as a beautiful woman and fashion icon; internationally celebrated, award-winning actress & loving mother. Her older sister, Francoise Dorleac, died tragically young in an accident. She was in the hit comedy, "That Man from Rio" with Jean-Paul Belmondo as well as in the musical, "The Young Girls of Rochefort." Gene Kelly & George Chakiris were also in the movie along with Deneuve.

I find it impossible to believe that this chateau is a tiny 1,300 sq ft as the narrator states. Maybe 10,300 sq feet. I also doubt that a master suite then is 7,000 sq feet as the narrator later states. They look like a small fraction of that. She sure put on a lot of weight

Can you make an effort please in pronouncing Catherine's surname properly it is definitely not "Denoof..." otherwise you will be accused of Anglo-Saxon complacency or worse, contemptuousness and intellectual lazyness...thank you !
