Thank you so much for this! Fun video and the final thing that convinced me to order the Ninja air fryer. I live in an apartment so don’t have an outdoor grill and dislike the splatter in my kitchen, so this looks perfect! Can’t wait for my air fryer to arrive and try your method

Thanks for the kind comment Pristine! Yes! I hadn't thought about the splatter - I get it everywhere even when I dry fry. I was surprised and will do this again!

@@DADDELIVERS It has been very fun cooking in my Ninja since it arrived 4 weeks ago! I still haven’t managed to make steak that looks quite like yours, perhaps because mine has already been smaller. But I have made lots of meals from scratch (no chicken nuggets!) I read a tip that frozen steak in the air fryer will give a good crust and be medium rare. Anyway, if you cook more steak or other meals, I will be watching to take notes! PS Watching you do the bread roll on the air fryer convinced me that I could get it to replace my toaster, and it has indeed since we mostly eat bread rolls, buns sliced in half and baguettes
