Folkrace is one of the most popular forms of rallycross car racing in Sweden, kept inexpensive thanks to its lottery system for buying and selling competitors' cars.

We need grass roots rallycross "GrassX" in America. Just the problem of converting local smalltime ovals would cost to much.
