How do you take it out? Do you just wet it and pull? Asking because I really want a leave out but I dont want to damage my hair during takedown

vice versa- I pull >then wet it. The tracks are on a cap so they come right off without water. Then I wet the cap to get it off, bc the hair protectant & freeze spray made it hard.

You should be fine since you hair is under a cap, I just recommend using extra hair protectant

the cap last forever its the glue you have to worry about. it can come loose after a couple of weeks but you can touch it up
