Had a couple regular smoothies per day for the last year. For the last 2 weeks, I had vaccum blended smoothies twice per day . The difference is HUGE for taste and appearance. I was surprised at the difference, even if John had been teaching about this. Thanks for pointing out the difference for vaccum blending. Also, I've been vaccum sealing in Jars for about 6 months, mostly because of John's teachings. Thank You John!!

Im so thankful to John too.Ive been watching his videos.I had to replace a piece of my masticating juicer that was 70 bucks..and I just happened to see a vacum blender for 70 too...and I decided to trust John and finally go for It .Im sitting here drinking my regular apiel carrito Ginger beet..and I just cant believe the taste keeping in mind that I added 1lite rof water! And even with that its sweet AF like dayum.the color IS Also at another level.the smell alone went I lift thenlid was so rich.Its amazing and I just dont understand how the vegan comunity has not jumped on It already its been aminute there out.I dont even know if I Will fix my masticating juicer..its a pita to clean and onntoo if that this vacum blender makes soups almond milk and much more

John thanks for yet another fantastic video, I have been waiting for a long time for this! I had the pleasure to test this blender in a trade fair. Texture and ease of use for a commercial establishment is ideal. For the vacuum itself, I would say it feels like an almost-vacuum experience, as it still had quite some foam compared to other vacuum blenders I have used, maybe it needs a small calibration in the settings that you can do on your own. In my opinion, it would make a big difference if during the 13 second vacuum process, a few introductory pulses are done so that the air trapped between the ingredients is removed, I am sure this is something easy to be done. At the moment it costs much more compared to a Vitamix The Quiet One or Blendtec, so it is a bit too early. Personally I will wait and see from other colleagues how quickly these things blow up in heavy use, before introducing them in my shop, but vacuum blending is the future for sure, no comparison in both quality and taste.

I will say this vaccum blender Kpa (vacuum) can be set from 650 Kpa to 750 Kpa. From the factory it comes 700 Kpa. My machine is set to 750 Kpa. Kuvings thoughts is that after a certain Kpa, the results are all the same. Me of course, I would rather always have the strongest vacuum possible. However, having a stronger vacuum may impact the machine in other ways, such as the seal integrity.

So wondering if it was the only blender in a household, would itI eliminate ability to blend dense, thick foods such as above listed?

They only pump BEFORE the blending process. They do not stay on during blending.

Thank you for the review John. Is the uneven craft a similar concept to the aio vacuum blender? Can the vacuum blender blend dry ingredients like nut butters and flours on vacuum and without the need of stirring?

No its a different concept, so its not as "optimal" as the AIO that has two separate bowls that move in opposite directions. That being said, with the uneven bottom, this blender agitates up the ingredients more and causes more blade contact in my testing

I will meet with Omega this week. That being said, I believe the Omega effortless batch juicer is the Hurom H300 (sold in other countries). Of the two I prefer the Nama J2, myself due to more trouble free (less clogging), higher yield (in general) and less pulp in the juice.

That is not possible with the Kuvings CB1000. While some vacuum blenders can do this, vacuum blenders are not designed for vacuum storage, so they may loose vacuum soon after the blending process is done. This is why I recommend pouring your mixture into a mason jar and using a vacuum lid and powerful pump that will remove excess oxygen from the blending process. Enjoy your new blender!

Just ordered one of these machines. Anxious to get it. Would like to see the vacuum mode work. Also would like to get an extra jar for this blender-as a “spin cookery” cook an extra jar is helpful for my meals. One to mix my smoothie or breakfast shake. Other for batters.

@@liyahb5567 I received the blender damaged in shipment. I asked the supplier to send me another-but they refunded my order instead. Another supplier said they sold these blenders. But didn’t have in stock-so now I have this on hold. I would like to able to order extra mixing jars when I do finally order again. You could say I am a “spin cookery” type cook and prepare other parts of a meal in the extra jars.

FYI: We have brand in EU called Bianco di Puro. Its blenders are older than Kuvings and have the same uneven container and propeller blades. Only thing that is missing is the ease of use of the automatic closure and vacuuming. I don't think that is worth 1400€ extra to be honest.

Is the vacuum as strong as the blendtec was? I had the blendtec vacuum system but it went out and they don’t sell it anymore so I bought the VOID lid. The VOID lid is good but so far nothing is as strong as the blendtec vacuum system 😩 the stronger the vacuum the better the quality of the smoothie. I can literally see and taste the difference. Anyways, I still appreciate the fact that I can vacuum blend. I’ll take any vacuum blender over a traditional any day!

I have a question for you, to add both fibers when juicing why not just add back some pulp to the juice you drink? problem solved you get both soluble and insoluble fiber.

It's not that easy. Not all fiber is created equal. I prefer to remove the vegetable fiber from my juice and then if desired add in other soluble fibers that can better benefit my microbiome than veggie fibers removed. I plan on having a future episode where I discuss this further.

If you put water in with your product into a blender it might be watering it down but you're still getting all the nutrients from the product you have just juiced.

The problem is these influences are always promoting different juicers,blenders etc. The latest trend is the NamaJ2 which im not impressed with. People can't be changing juicers every year not at those prices. Remember these influences get theirs for free so its their business to promote every new juicer & blender that comes on the market. Its frustrating. Not impressed with the Vitamin which I've had for years.

I believe myself to be an EDUCATOR because I strive to do more than just influence, but also educate people about the power of including more fruits and veggies into their diet. I have been juicing for 28 years now, selling juicers for 25 years now, and creating youtube videos about juicers and blenders for 15 years now. It is true that there are new innovations in the industry coming out all the time. However, if you look at my past videos, my "favorite" juicer before the Nama J2, was the VSJ843 was my favorite for many years, and nothing unseated it until the Nama J2 came out. I can truly say that the Nama J2 is game-changing and revolutionary, because it makes the juicing process easier. That being said many other juicer companies will be releasing hopper-style juicers in the future. In my videos I strive to show the features and benefits each of the machines can provide as each persons needs are different, so each person can find the right machine for them.
