In this video I introduce my DIY semi-automatic 3D printed cigarette stuffing machine. The perfect DIY project for smokers who want to save time and effort.
The machine is simple to build and can be made with any 3D printer. It is a semi-automatic machine. The sleeves have to be put on by hand. It works great with fine tobacco. If fresh tobacco is used a little help is needed. I used a brushless motor. You can also use any other motor.
A must have for anyone who likes to smoke and wants to save time and effort.

I think it needs to be like a hay bailer, so piston stroke and the tube resistance set the compaction.

Hi, ich rauche diese Zigaretten nicht. Ich baue aber gerne Zigarettenstopfmaschinen ;-) Ich bin schon auf deine Bilder der Flechtmaschine gespannt.

Why dont you use the spinnign technology on the automatic one? automatic one dosent fill it to the end, it leaves like a half cm of air in them.

That's exactly what I was thinking. But the spindle design has its limits. It is relatively slow. You would have to think about it carefully. At some point I will make a further development of the machine. At the moment I am busy with other projects.

I only know that the sale of German dealers is prohibited. Unfortunately, I have not yet found a meaningful answer to how it is in Austria. As long as I have no answer to this I do not want to take the risk and get problems. Maybe someone can give me an answer. If the sale from Austria is allowed, I will release the models.
