OMGGGG SAMEE!! Watching the video after my meet. Did so bad tho... Amber I was wondering, how do I improve my endurance? Bc I notice that I die out pretty quickly during a race compared to others, so do you have any advice? Thanks!! U did so good on ur race tho!!! Keep it up!!

so this honestly just depends on training. the best way to improve endurance and your overall base is to train a bit higher mileage during the off season/beginning of the season, then more speed once racing starts! but i am not a coach and i definitely would recommend reaching out to one to help find what will work best for YOU!! but stay patient and you WILL get there💜
