I've been running like 20-25 miles a week with not much hope or motivation, and then I watched one of your later videos and decided I'd start running a lot more. I put in 35-40 miles each week for the past three weeks, and I improved my mile time from 4:57 to 4:45 in less than 3 weeks! Thanks for the motivation, you guys, and keep up the hard work!

@@LLexandleovloggs you had to really be stoked after running with the 'Big Dogs' and doing an amazing job. In my own minor way as just a club runner having days where everything felt right as if I was running with no friction. Even though I knew I was working hard everything 'felt' effortless. It's like when I called for my body to go faster it said, ok. Days like that when you creep into areas that are usually blocked to you for whatever reasons, it spurs your training a lot. There is extra fire in you until reality comes back after you could barely drag your self through a 4 miler. I could never predict those days. Or I would have pushed harder sooner. Anyway old man ramble aside, a great day for you. I also think it's great that you and your brother do not run the same races all the time. I ran with 4 brothers that all ran the same distances during the track season and then of course cross-country by the end of school they almost hated running and hated each other. It took almost 10 years before they ran together again. I happened to be there that day and they really had fun with nothing on the line we all told stories in that choppy way you do when you're running and talking too much, but what a great time. Again sorry, but that's what happens with age and terminal ADHD. Thanks again for your video they are great.

Leo, I loved seeing your excited reaction at the end of the race. It's an amazing feeling when you truly surprise yourself in sports. It doesn't happen that often. And one thing I wanted to add, Leo and Lex. As a father of a high school freshman runner, the one video I was anticipating the most was the one after the two of you struggled at last year's National X-Country Finals. It was after that video that I really became fans of the two of you. The way you stayed positive and let your fans know that things don't always go as planned. And that you'll not always be at your best for every race. It was inspiring hearing that message from you, knowing how many young runners look up to you. Living up here in San Francisco, my son is super excited that you'll be running down the road from us at Stanford! He was able to watch you both run at the State X-Country finals last year(his team Stuart Hall was in the D5 race). Good luck in your final season at Newbury Park!

That part at the finish line when you smiled like you got this 2nd place, that was great, congrats. I was really interested in how you prepare and I thought professionals are like more focused before the race they just want to be alone. How you explained that makes much more sense :) This is something I have to work on even though I'm just a noob here, sometimes I'm not feeling it before a race and that just spirals and I feel like it really has a negative effect on me.

Definitely hyped up this Sun since it is Easter, and possibly this Sun return to Arcade Gaming first time since Jan to see how many jackpots I can get as part of the challenge. When I return to CA one day will complete the Dave and Busters So Cal Arcade Challenge by going to the remaining Dave and Busters locations that I haven't gotten jackpots yet in Long Beach, Torrance, Northridge, and Thousand Oaks. CA Weather has been extremely wierld last month.
