🇵🇭 Philippines Huge Boodle Fight: • Boodle Fight!! VILLAGE...
🌶️Get Smoked Ghost Pepper: www.kivahealth...
CEBU, PHILIPPINES - Welcome to Cebu, Philippines, and today we’re hanging out with my friend Kalami Cebu and going to eat at one of the most legendary street foods stalls - he’s known to be the fastest street food Chef in Cebu and he specializes in instant noodles and canned meat omelets.
When you arrive you’ll see a bunch of boxes of instant noodles that you can choose from and a few boxes of canned meats you can choose from. You choose whatever combination you want and then put your order in line. The day I went, we had to wait for about 30 minutes to make it to our order - it’s extremely popular.
He cooks omelets with canned meat and your instant noodles. It’s definitely simple, but tasty, comforting and extremely popular.

Yeah he may be fast and accurate, but what I love the most is his ability to remember every combination of each customer's orders despite he's cooking a lot of them simultaneously, and that's him being the only chef on a never-ending, very tiring line of orders. I think he worked on a professional kitchen before with all that skill he has. If he hasn't, then that's even more impressive.

The enthusiasm for instant noodles and an omelette being cooked well is insanity, I know a guy who can poach eggs and make toast, maybe you should check them out next ? 🤣😆🤣😆

Sometimes Foodies can be real try-hards. And then there's the element of "bigotry of low-expectations" when they go to these countries.

Can that guy do it for 10 hours a day while keeping track of multiple simultaneous orders? I agree that none of this cooking is impressive, I could easily cook this up instead of buying from him. But the main point is his coordination is superb, especially because he's doing multiple tasks at a time back to back. Even just opening a can requires focus, imagine doing that while also keeping track of the orders. Also, Filipino cuisine is usually well regarded. This isn't a case of low expectations in a poorer country.

Everything Mark's eat is delicious! Even this full of preservatives unhealthy food. I used to like your vlog but now the way you taste all the food around the world and all of them is delicious to you makes you look like you are faking everything.

I'm not ashamed to admit I have made the SAME EXACT thing many times after heavy nights of drinking. Those days are long gone now, but every once in a while I will still cook a ramen omelette with hash or SPAM, then cover it in sriracha. 🙂
