Fatal Attraction has been reimagined into a series for Paramount Plus. It has the bones of the film but switching things up in a way that works extremely well. Lizzy Caplan and Joshua Jackson are absolutely phenomenal!

The ending was kinda disappointing, the killer reveal was a dud and the stuff with Ellen is kinda stupid

Oh nice video. I thought this was a remake movie didn't realize they made it into a series. I'll give it a shot. I feel Caplan can bring something new to the table but not sure I see Jackson matching Douglas's performance. I'll check it out though.

I'm definitely giving it watch. I liked what I've seen so far from the trailers and behind the scene featurettes plus I love the 1987 original film. Joshua Jackson and Lizzy Caplan are very likable actors so why not tune in.

I love most of the original film (I think Glenn Close gave one of the best performances in cinematic history), but I hated the theatrical ending. Which is why I'm very happy that the series seems to be using the movie's original ending. Just out of curiosity, Tessa, which ending do you prefer? PS, Happy Birthday! 🎂

Maybe I'm in the minority but even when watching the movie i never felt sorry for dan cause I'm like you cheated on your wife for very shallow reasons

You don't have to feel sorry for him. Cheating isn't a crime. She knew he was married, she wanted what she couldn't have, she stalked him, she harassed him, she lied about being pregnant, she cut her wrists to guilt trip him, she kidnapped his daughter, she boiled the bunny, she tried to kill him and his wife, another version she gets him arrested for murder for her suicide. The only one who broke several laws was psycho Alex.
