State of Origin should not be played in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Darwin, Auckland or Port Moresby. Play a game in Brisbane, one in Sydney & another in Townsville one year. Then the next year play one in Canberra, one in Brisbane & one in Sydney. I'm tired of the game being played where there is no interest in league.

Mr Bill Hilly Melbourne broke the record for crowd figures last year...storm fans get more at home games than a fair few Sydney teams, Perth only has 750 tickets left for game 2. But sure, it’s not popular elsewhere....

@@hayleyemma877 They were all Melbourne Storm fans at the MCG, mostly ex-pat Queenslanders living in Melbourne due to work commitments. Victorians don't care about NRL, it's AFL or 'don't care.'

Mr Bill Hilly tell that to the 15,000 storm fans that turn up to every home game. More than the 10 that turn up to roosters games. Doing pretty well to get the 4th highest membership numbers in the NRL for a state that “doesn’t care about NRL”

That's why nobody watches league at the grounds anymore. It's about as scripted as Gridiron. The A-League pulls a better crowd than the NRL.
