The Ingredients:
-2 & 1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
-4 eggs
-1/2 cup of olive oil
-1/2 cup of melted ghee (butter)
-350-400 g feta cheese
-water
-salt

Yummy 🤤- do cheesy borek next like one in Bülent börekçilik - i saw it while watching Cukur and couldn’t find any similar recipe with ingredients that I can buy in the US - thank u ❤️

You drain it and than put it on the tray🙂🙌

Yes it is but it is a special recipe for us and we are baking it maybe once in a year👍
