This adorable polymer clay Beetle House is made by Karolina Söderberg of Hobbyrian, a polymer clay supplier in Sweden.
Karolina used Cernit Translucent polymer clay using the technique in my Faux Lampwork Tutorial to make the mushroom-shaped Beetle House.
The Faux Lampwork tutorial illustrates this technique with beads, but you can use the same essential process to make any shape or form. Karolina said she played with the beads first to get the basic technique, then set to work making the Beetle House.

The windows were made with a really neat cutter set from Hobbyrian, along with Cernit Sparkling powder. If you're in Sweden, you can buy Cernit Translucent from Hobbyrian, too. www.hobbyrian.se
