Beautiful wood grain look ... very real. It was said you used oil paint? Oil paint has always taken a long time to dry for me. It didn't take long and you had no problems with it in the oven? Beautiful work. Thank you for sharing!

I have the same question as the lady beneath. Do you give the oil paint time to dry? This is especially important because oil paint usually takes a long time to dry even if it's on canvas. I also wonder if oil paint is a problem in an oven? I would be very grateful for your thoughts.

Le tue crazioni sono molto originali*-* il mio fornetto per il fimo si è rotto e non è Che fosse gran che mi bruciava molte creazioni nonostante come temperatura mettevo 110 gradi per 10 minuti.. mi potresti dare un consiglio per un nuovo acquisto di un fornetto? ciao! questo tutorial è davvero utile e l'effetto legno che si ottiene è fantastico! Avevo già utilizzato la tua tecnica per fare l'effetto legno ma era una procedura un pò più lunga e tra l'altro andava via molto fimo! Questa tecnica voglio assolutamente provarla, ma mi domandavo...non avedo i colori ad olio, gli acrilici vanno bene allo steso modo? Grazie per i tuoi meravigliosi ed utili tutorial! :)

questo e' il primo tutorial che faccio sull effetto legno di quale altra tecnica parli? Non credo che il risultato con gli acrilici venga lo stesso perche la consistemza e' diversa, ma puoi provare potrebbe funzionare! Ciao ^^

che belle perle, ma poi una volta cotte il fimo liquid le tiene incollate al supporto in metallo o bisogna comunque staccarle e incollarle con della colla? ps mi consiglieresti una buona colla per incollare il fimo ad altri supporti come porcellana, metallo, ecc.? grazie mille

Una volta cotte con il fimo liquid le basi non si staccano, inoltre la superficie della base non e' completamente liscia e questo aiuta "a fare presa" . Le basi preferisco sempre cuocerle o inglobarle perche e' il modo piu sicuro ma se vuoi usare la colla l'attack va bene ;-)

That is dark brown oil paint and I'm using premo I hope it is useful

Thank you for sharing your talent and also for the subtitles. I saw others have asked previously but I did not see a reply to the inquiries. Can something other than oil paint be used to get the same effect? I would love to try this but I have only acrylics available for now. Thank you.

Patrícia pnc Yes ....oil paint is fine in the oven. It's good for colouring clay and for the surface but needs baking to set.

Sai come ottenevo la bombatura io? Con la pellicola :D Tanto è questione di pochi minuti, alla pellicola non accade nulla, non si appiccia sulla pasta :) In cottura non accade nulla al colore ad olio?! Forse te l'avevo già chiesto.. ma non mi ricordo :D :P

Lo so, lo so ^___^ Ho il mio fornettino da tempo, anche se sono intenzionata a cambiarlo, perchè le lampade al quarzo non sono l'ideale e nemmeno il massimo per questo tipo di 'attività'..
