The FBI is now saying that the noose found in Bubba Wallace’s garage stall at Talladega had been there for months and that NASCAR’s only Black driver was not the target of a hate crime. NBC’s Sam Brock reports for TODAY from Miami.

Last week it was a swing in a park was a noose. "Oakland resident Victor Sengbe, who is black, said the ropes were part of a rigging that he and his friends used for a larger swing system. He also shared video of the swing in use."

He's a well known Pro driver , he's been in & out of all those stalls for YEARS . Is he trying to claim he's never seen the pull ropes on those doors before ? I'm not buying it , He tried to pull a Smollet . I wonder how much those 15 F.B.I. agents cost the taxpayers . In addition , what about ALL the other drivers & track personnel . THEY never saw those pull ropes before ? I'm not buying that either !!

Apparently none of these people were ever Boy Scouts, stevedores or fishermen. There is a difference between a loop knot and a noose: a noose will tighten up as you apply tension (weight) to it, which makes it good for hanging, whereas a loop knot simply maintains a non-slip loop, which makes it good for providing a hand-grip to pull rollup garage doors down.

hey jessie! it's a Bowling knot for very heavy doors. we use them on ships also to tie them up. we also had smaller version in the old days on smaller garage doors. = located in the center front of your door.
