Boy did you say it. These are true heroes. They i’ve put their life‘s work into finding missing and endangered people murder victims. They have put their life‘s work into developing such a professionalism and skill with which to prosecute the guilty so that they pay for their crimes and the only way this country allows. We all will meet our maker. I’m sure agent Daniels will be met with open arms as well Rob would but Chad and Laurie on the other hand will be cast away to the hell in which they belong

@@LoveMeSomeTrueCrime I know. Many people in law enforcement, military and special forces become alcoholics, addicts or commit suicide as a result of years of trauma and seeing the very worst side of humanity day in and day out. They are needed. Highly skilled and professionally trained. However, they are only human, many are parents or grandparents themselves. This is so disturbing to us, the public , who have been kept safely distant, and we are still sickened, saddened and highly disturbed over these series of crimes . To walk a mile in these investigators shoes, would be mind numbing. I pray for healing and justice in this case and many others .

Chad deserves and is constitutionally entitled to a defense attorney, but that doesn’t make John Prior any less of a snake…And don’t even get me started on Lori Vallow’s attorney. John Prior seems to be a gross person, if you just look into his background for a second. It takes a different kind of person to defend a man like Chad (who allegedly planned and killed his own wife, and two children that were not his own. Not only that, he did some of the most disgusting things to attempt to destroy the remains of those children. Not to mention the fact that he manipulated a group of people into thinking he had these “divine” powers. Oh, and he also allegedly tried to get or received the life insurance policy on his wife after he murdered her. There’s also 100 other things that he did that I can’t even mention here because this reply would be a book in itself. My point is that John Prior came to Chad and offered his service, because he isn’t a public defender that’s just chosen by the system. Sarah Dayton but being a good defence attorney requires one to be a “snake”. Their duty is to defend their client, whether or not they personally believe they’re guilty. A good defence attorney will defend their client to the grave. You will see documentaries about murders and the murderer is often absent or dead and their attorney will continue defending the client in the interview. That’s a good defence. I’d rather this toad face bastard end up free than an innocent man be without defence. I think we need better paid, more numerous and less overworked public defenders so poor people truly have their proper defence. That said, I do personally find prior extremely annoying, especially in one of the clips from when Melanie Gibb is called to the stand and he cross examines her and refuses to speak into his microphone correctly. That was infuriating. I find him a good defender but an irritating personality lol. A good example of a good defence attorney that was very likeable was Johnnie Cochran. He was extremely personable snd I enjoyed every second of him even tho I believed OJ did it lol

@GlennaVan3 жыл бұрын
I suspect he has been down this road numerous times before. Attorneys are notorious for this type of behavior. Witnesses need to listen (and comprehend ) exactly what is being asked and word their answers so the answers are clear and concise. These attorneys want answers to the same question worded differently so they can pick it apart and cause the jury to question the credibility of the witness. Most people don't listen carefully to the exact words used - defense attorneys love that.

4:54. Note Chad looks very disparaged. Obviously he never thought that the phone call to the jail would be used in court as evidence. He was saying his goodbyes to Lori and making a run for it. He tried. Police caught him down the road. Police were most likely listening to his phone call as he made it. The body wasn't recovered yet. This shows he had knowledge and guilt. @cannibalcupcake333 Жыл бұрын
Sounds stupid but it’ll be used as defense to create reasonable doubt. That Chad really could’ve been telling the truth and in no way was he referencing the kids. After all, they didn’t continue and expand their excavation, therefore not proving there wasn’t an actual raccoon on sight. It’s clear these guys are guilty. So his defense won’t try to prove innocence but rather create reasonable doubt.

Desperately I wish to hell Tylee realized that if she participated in the murder of Charles and lied for her mother she could be next. Once her mom stated she was dark all it would have taken was 1 phone call but even then she assumed her mother wouldn't kill her. There's a reason for sayings like birds of a feather and lie down with dogs you get fleas. The only reason she's a victim is because she's dead otherwise she would have been charged or would have had to give testimony against the 3 to not be charged. The only innocent once Charles was dead were Tammy and JJ.
